We’re Bridget and Olivia, founders of a boutique, woman-owned design-build firm in New York City.
As licensed general contractors with an in-house architect, we guide each project from the first sketch to the final finish under one roof—giving our clients a single point of accountability and complete transparency throughout the process.
Every project is principal-led from start to finish. There are no handoffs and no junior team standing in for us. We work closely with our clients, their interior designers, and a trusted network of craftsmen and specialists to bring every detail together thoughtfully and seamlessly.
We intentionally take on only a select number of projects at a time, because the standard we hold ourselves to cannot be delivered at volume. Staying selective allows us to remain deeply involved in every decision, every detail, and every stage of the process.
The result is a home that feels timeless, comfortable, and distinctly yours—created through a process that is as considered as the finished space.
